Engin Sadıki (DJ Engin)

Engin Sadıki (a.k.a. DJ Engin), born in Istanbul in 1983, turned his interest in music from a hobby into a professional profession. He started his DJ career at the age of 17 at Heybeliada Water Sports Club. Afterwards, He continued to lay the foundations of his career at Istanbul Hilton alongside Levent Severöz, one of the DJs of Etiler Şamdan. In 2003, through Radio FG Music Director Uğur Özgönül, he started to work as a music director and DJ at Hillside Su Hotel and continued to rise in his career. Since 2003, he has shared the same booth with many well-known DJs in Turkey and around the world.

Club Ada Sedef, where he worked as both music director and DJ in 2013, was selected as the “Best Beach Club in Istanbul” by Gecce.com. Between 2013 and 2015, he continued to DJing in Istanbul Nişantaşı Blush Atiye. In the summer season of 2015, he was the music director and DJ of Elio Sedef. Continuing his career as a freelance DJ after 2015, Sadıki has become a sought-after name for events held in many well-known venues in Istanbul such as Beymen Brasserie and Backyard Istanbul.

Between 2018 and 2020, He performed pre and post party performances of famous artists such as Mehmet Erdem, Deniz Seki, Pamela, Yaşar, Nazan Öncel, Haluk Levent, Fatma Turgut, Ceylan Ertem, Göksel, Gülşen, Aşkın Nur Yengi, Ümit Besen, Soner Olgun, Cenk Eren and Cem Adrian. In the summer of 2020, he continued to work as a resident DJ at Elio Sedef. He was Djing at the Altın Portakal parties held in Hillside Su Hotel and Club Pasha Beach Hotel, attended by well-known names such as Mickey Rourke, Kevin Spacey, Jacqueline Bisset, Adrien Brody, Bo Derek, Paul Verhoeven, Danny Glover, Marisa Tomei, Matthew Modine. He took his place in the DJ booth in numerous organizations and parties such as Elle Fashion Weekend, 44th, 45th and 46th Golden Orange Digiturk Opening Party, MTV Europe, Ajda Pekkan Birthday Party, Yalın Birthday Party, Ömer Karacan Feel Good Party.

Reaching a wide audience with the sets he plays in the genres of house, tech house, deep house, funky house, and commercial house, DJ Engin has performed with many DJs like:
